  1. DEFINITION AND PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This contract (\u2018\u2019Contract\u2019\u2019) is a distance contract pursuant to art 50 et seq. Of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (“Consumer Code”). The object of the contract is the sale of movable property between Mariel Srl, with legal headquarters in Corso XX Settembre, 44 – 21052 Busto Arsizio (VA), VAT number 00782730121 and the consumer (the “Customer”).<\/p>\n

    The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by Mariel Srl of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer on the site.<\/p>\n

    1. METHOD OF PURCHASE<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The purchase contract sent through the Site: the Customer will receive an order confirmation from Mariel Srl by e-mail \/ fax, with which will be informed that the purchase proposal is being processed and will be considered accepted, unless otherwise communicated by e-mail or telephone transmitted by Mariel Srl within 3 (three) calendar days from receipt of the summary e-mail. After this deadline, the Internet Contract is to be considered completed. The products supplied remain the property of Mariel Srl until full payment of the price, as expected by the C.C. art. 1523 et seq.<\/p>\n

      1. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Mariel Srl accepts the Customer’s orders within the limits of the quantities of the products requested in stock. Therefore, the acceptance by Mariel Srl of the purchase proposal submitted by the Customer is subject to the availability of the products in stock. Mariel Srl undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseen depletion of stocks due to excess demand or other causes.<\/p>\n

        1. WARRANTIES AND ASSISTANCE<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Mariel Srl guarantees the products for 24 months starting from the date of purchase. The warranty only covers manufacturing or assembly faults \/ defects. Aesthetic or structural defects must be communicated with a written document to Mariel Srl only and exclusively before installation, attaching the purchase documents.<\/p>\n

          1. CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            The Customer declares and guarantees: to be a consumer according to the provisions of art. 3 of the Consumer Code; to be of legal age; that the data provided for the execution of the Contract are true and correct.<\/p>\n

            ALL THE SAME CONDITIONS OF SALE ARE INTENDED TO BE COMPLETELY ACCEPTED WITH THE ORDER ASSIGNMENT.<\/p>\n
